We agree on it together. Usually one to two weeks, so you can put what we covered into practice.
Both are possible: by video call (Google Meet) or in person in Madrid.

You can start with the free version: Claude and ChatGPT offer projects and Gemini offers Gems, with limits. A paid subscription raises those limits and adds features; if it makes sense for you, we look at it together during the diagnostic.
Yes. Here is what the Terms & Conditions say:
Before the first package session: the client may request cancellation of the package and a full refund, provided this is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of the first package session. After this deadline, or in the case of a no-show at that session without prior notice, the session is considered used and is non-refundable.
During the program: the client may request to stop the program at any time. In that case, they will be refunded the amount corresponding to unused sessions, calculated on a pro-rata basis using the per-session price within the purchased package (for example, a 3-session package at €450, i.e. €150 per session). A session is considered used if it has taken place, or if the client cancelled it or failed to show up with less than 24 hours' notice.
Rescheduling: any date change requested at least 24 hours in advance is free and unlimited, and does not constitute a cancellation.
They stay confidential. We work in your own AI account, not ours: your documents never leave your environment. If a document is sensitive, we use an anonymized version.
Yes. The invoice can be issued in your company's name.
