Purposes of processing

• Handling enquiries received by email.
• Managing the scheduling of intro calls via Calendly.
• Collecting payment for the services purchased and issuing the corresponding invoices, and complying with the resulting tax and accounting obligations.
• Where applicable, sending marketing communications, only with the user's express consent.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the data subject's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) when emailing us or booking a session, and on the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for the coaching service. Issuing invoices and retaining billing data (name, address and DNI/NIE or other identity document number) are also based on compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) under tax and commercial law.

Retention period

Data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and, subsequently, for the periods required by law to address potential liabilities. Billing data is retained for the periods required by tax and commercial law. Data of people who contact us (emails and call bookings via Calendly) that does not lead to a business relationship is kept for 3 years from the last contact and then deleted.

Recipients and processors

The following providers may process data as processors:

• Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus, European Union) — website hosting.
• Calendly LLC (United States) — booking management.
• Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace) — business email, including receiving contact requests.
• Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland, European Union) — processing of card and other payments. Coach IA Pro never has access to full card details, which are processed directly by Stripe. Stripe also processes certain data as an independent controller (for example, for fraud prevention and to meet its own legal obligations), in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.
• External tax and accounting adviser — bookkeeping and tax compliance.
• Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (Google Analytics and Google Search Console) — audience measurement and search-performance analysis. Google Search Console does not process visitors' personal data; Google Analytics does, and is subject to the prior cookie consent described in the Cookie Policy.

Billing data may be disclosed to the Spanish tax authority (Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria) where required by law.

As Hostinger and Stripe Payments Europe are established in the European Union, no additional international transfer safeguard is required; Stripe may, however, transfer data to its parent company Stripe, Inc. (United States). Calendly, Google and, where applicable, Stripe may transfer data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or by the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.

Data subject rights

Any individual may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by emailing patrik@coachiapro.com, together with proof of identity.

They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es), the competent supervisory authority.
