Purposes of processing

• Handling enquiries submitted through the website's contact form.
• Managing the scheduling of discovery calls via Calendly.
• Where applicable, sending marketing communications, only with the user's express consent.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the data subject's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) when submitting the form or booking a session, and on the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for the coaching service.

Retention period

Data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and, subsequently, for the periods required by law to address potential liabilities.

Recipients and processors

The following providers may process data as processors:

• Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus, European Union) — website hosting.
• Calendly LLC (United States) — booking management.
• Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (Google Analytics and Google Search Console) — audience measurement and search-performance analysis. Google Search Console does not process visitors' personal data; Google Analytics does, and is subject to the prior cookie consent described in the Cookie Policy.

As Hostinger is established in the European Union, no additional international transfer safeguard is required for hosting. Calendly and Google, however, may transfer data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or by the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.

Data subject rights

Any individual may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by emailing patrik@coachiapro.com, together with proof of identity.

They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es), the competent supervisory authority.
