Terms & Conditions
Purpose
These terms govern the provision of one-to-one AI training and coaching services offered by Patrik Rouault under the Coach IA Pro brand (the "Provider").
Services
The Provider offers individual, hands-on AI training sessions tailored to three starting levels (Explorer, Initiate, Expert), delivered in French, Spanish or English, in person or remotely.
Price and payment
Prices are shown on the website or in the commercial proposal sent to the client, in euros, taxes included where applicable. Payment is made using the method specified in the commercial proposal sent after the discovery call.
Booking and cancellation
The first session (the discovery call) is booked via Calendly. Subsequent sessions in the program are scheduled directly between the client and the Provider, who will send the relevant connection link (Google Meet) for each session.
Before the first session: the client may request cancellation of the package and a full refund, provided this is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of the first session. After this deadline, or in the case of a no-show at the first session without prior notice, that session is considered used and is non-refundable.
During the program: the client may request to stop the program at any time. In that case, they will be refunded the amount corresponding to unused sessions, calculated on a pro-rata basis using the per-session price within the purchased package (for example, a 3-session package at €450, i.e. €150 per session). A session is considered used if it has taken place, or if the client cancelled it or failed to show up with less than 24 hours' notice.
Rescheduling: any date change requested at least 24 hours in advance is free and unlimited, and does not constitute a cancellation.
Refund method: refunds are processed within 7 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase. Any bank transaction fees deducted from the refund are borne by the Provider.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable Spanish law (Article 103.a of the TRLGDCU, transposing the EU Consumer Rights Directive), clients acting as consumers have 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without justification.
However, if the client expressly requests that the service begin before this 14-day period expires, and the service is fully performed, the client loses the right of withdrawal once the session has been completed, as provided under Article 103.a. This express waiver is collected via a specific, non-pre-ticked checkbox at the time of booking or payment, informing the client that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
Liability
The Provider undertakes to deliver sessions with the professional diligence appropriate to its activity, without guaranteeing specific outcomes, which depend in part on the client's engagement.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts in accordance with consumer-protection rules. Clients may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
